Strayed trolleys are not only found under the void decks of HDB. I witnessed this amusing sight of few trolleys being parked just out one high end condominium development in Newton area. The residents must have it much easier to deliver their groceries from the nearby shopping mall. Guess what? The trolleys are from the Cold Storage. So are you able to guess where is this development?

There is a high rental demand for expatriates with family near to United Square area, such as development along Khiang Guan Ave, Surrey Rd & Lincoln area. Other than the state of art of residential developments mushrooming in the area, the magnet of the area is the amenities and convenience one is able to enjoy in the area. One of the main attractions is the United Square Shopping centre, which has become the destination mall for many families.

So what is the most important thing about property? Location, location, location.
There is no doubt that the developments in Novena are of top premium when it comes to location. Other than its proximity to the city area, there are 3 sizeable shopping centres at/near to the Novena MRT station. Novena is also a hub for all the hospitals, which I discussed details in Novena Medical Cluster.
