Again we are seeing CDL making its successful presence in District 11 & 12 area with its recent launch at 368 Thomson.

Located at the address at 368  Thomson Road, the project is named after the old development as Concorde. With the site area of 60,566 sft, CLD the developer will be building one tower of 36 storeys with 157 residential units.

View of The Albany, Thomson Mansion & the Arte from PIE flyover
 This is the site that the new Cube 8 by CDL will be located. Currently it is sitting the old development of the Albany & Thomson Mansion. They were acquired by CDL in 2006 & 2007. The Albany was acquired for $65mil with a plot ratio of 2.8, with an additional of development charge of $174,000 (which is insignificant to the developer).

Sky @ Eleven is a freehold development located at 5 – 11 Thomson Lane, Singapore 297724, in District 11, near Toa Payoh MRT Station. Completed in 2009, it stands 43 storeys tall and comprises 273 units, over looking the region around. As the photo shows, it should be TOP in weeks time. It is a project by SPH property development arm.
It may be worth noting that the nearby new project Cube 8 by CDL will be launching at $1250 psf, which sounds a bit jaw-dropping to me. Quite an ambitious …
