INTRODUCTION
Let focus this part of article on the newly launched Thomson 368 by CDL.
368 Thomson is sitting at the former developments of Concorde Residences, Bright Building & Balestier Court. It is sitting on a freehold land of slightly more than 60,000 sf. It consists of a residential tower of 36 storey with 157 units, which is expected to be completed in year 2015.

CDL making its successful presence in District 11 & 12 area with its recent launch at 368 Thomson

Again we are seeing CDL making its successful presence in District 11 & 12 area with its recent launch at 368 Thomson.

The new launches like the Arte, Cube 8 & the Vista Residences are blessed with MacRitchie Reservoir view for residents living at the high floors. Rather than enjoying the view, the residents in Balestier can always visit the MacRitchie Reservoir Nature Reserve for work out and natural lifestyle. It is just a few bus stops away from Balestier. The Albany & Thomson Mansion making way for the New Cube 8

 This is the site that the new Cube 8 by CDL will be located. Currently it is sitting the old development of the Albany & Thomson Mansion. They were acquired by CDL in 2006 & 2007. The Albany was acquired for $65mil with a plot ratio of 2.8, with an additional of development charge of $174,000 (which is insignificant to the developer).
