    Hi Keith Yip,
What can I negotiate during the soft launch on:
    1. Perks & privileges
    2. Choice unit
    3. Price per sqf / unit price

    Sincerely,
    Jim

    Hi Jim,

If you are interested in the project, I would more than happy to render my service to negotiate the best deal for you during the soft launch. Soft lauch will normally allow the buyers to have greater choice of better units and better rates than formal launch. Do let me know if you would be interested to visit the showflat.

    Thank you.

    Hi Keith,

Your articles are so informative and I really learned a lot about real estate from them.

Do you have the site plan to 368? I’m concerned about noise pollution. It would also be interesting to see how close it is to The Arte. I have been to the area to check out the plot and it appears that I may be able to look into units of The Arte, depending on how 368 is orientated. Similarly, certain stacks of The Arte could have its views of MacRitchie blocked by 368. Would you have any idea on this? Do you know then Arte’s noise pollution will lessen?

Thanks! I really look forward to your future articles.
