So the long waited CDL project located at the former Concorde Residences, Bright Building & Balestier Court is revealed. Located at the address at 368 Thomson Road, the project is named after the old development as Concorde. With the site area of 60,566 sft, CLD the developer will be building one tower of 36 storeys with 157 residential units.

Strayed trolleys are not only found under the void decks of HDB. I witnessed this amusing sight of few trolleys being parked just out one high end condominium development in Newton area. The residents must have it much easier to deliver their groceries from the nearby shopping mall. Guess what? The trolleys are from the Cold Storage. So are you able to guess where is this development?

Sky @ Eleven has obtained TOP last month, as reported by the media SPH today. Located in the District 11 off Thomson Road, you are able to see the development rising into the sky when you are driving along the Thomson Road towards PIE highway. There are altogether 273 units in the development, which were sold out within 30 hours of its launch in January 2007 by SPH.
