With the bullish market in the property, I have been advising my buyers in purchasing resale units since the prices are still much lower than the newly launched prices. Even so, we have been seeing the resale prices creeping upwards. Novena Square Shopping mall is one of my favourite hangout places. There are several shops that I love visiting to purchase my sports related items. Located right above the Novena MRT station, it has been revamped in 2006 to Velocity @ Novena Square.
