Balestier, the Up & Coming attraction for many!

In the recent years, many real estate investors have been turning towards Balestier region for its unique streetscape, food variety and its proximity to city. Once a neglected gem, it is now drawing the attention of many with its unique characteristics and background.
Balestier is served by the Central Expressway (CTE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE). Balestier Road is the main artery serving through the region. Many up and coming large scale residential projects have raised the property prices to new level. With Pavillion and Vista fetching prices over $1000, the exisitng residential projects are also riding the uptrend wave. However with the nearby neighbourhood Novena area calling out more than $1500 psf, many existing units with $700 to $950 psf still appeal to many buyers looking for convenience and proximity to town area.
